Concrete Mixer Machine With Hopper

Whether it is a hydraulic or an ordinary concrete mixer machine with hopper, the lifting hopper is lifted by a wire rope and a hoist. The feeding system of the concrete mixer machine is composed of a hoist, a feeding rack, a lifting hopper, and a feeding hopper. When feeding, put the mixture to be stirred in the hopper, start the hoisting brake motor of the feeding system, the reduction box drives the reel to rotate, and the steel wire rope is pulled by the pulley to pull the hopper up along the track of the feeding rack. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the hopper door at the bottom of the hopper enters the feeding rack and enters the horizontal fork, the hopper door is automatically opened, and the material is discharged into the mixing drum through the hopper.

The lifting hopper is used as a high-frequency part of the concrete mixer machine with hopper, and the wire rope part will wear a lot, so we cannot ignore the correct use of the wire rope.
1, When users purchase new equipment, they must first check whether the wire rope is knotted or not before running it.
2, Apply butter on the wire rope to lubricate the wire rope and facilitate the lifting of the hopper;
3, Add the inspection of the steel wire rope to the daily maintenance items of the concrete mixer machine. During daily use and operation, the wear condition of the steel wire rope and the lubrication condition of the butter must be carefully checked before and after each shift, and any problems found should be dealt with in time.
4, In case of emergencies, such as the hopper cannot be lifted up by the wire rope, the equipment should be suspended immediately and the main power supply should be turned off. Check the wire rope of the equipment and the ladder part, check whether there is any knotting or stagnation, and forcible lifting is prohibited.

When the concrete mixer machine with hopper is in use and the mixer hopper cannot be raised, there are generally several possibilities: the load is overloaded, the motor is small, the belt is loose, or the concrete mixer is caused by long-term lack of maintenance. Troubleshooting:
1, Check whether the hopper lifting motor can be started, if not, check the power cord start switch, etc.;
2, If the hopper lifting motor can start, check the electromagnetic relay reducer (some concrete mixers are mechanical reducers), which is usually caused by the broken electromagnetic coil and severe wear of the damping disc.
3, The service life of each piece of equipment is based on the premise of the user's daily normal maintenance of the concrete mixer and its accessories, so as to give full play to the maximum performance advantages of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment.
