Method to start concrete batching plant correctly will be able to extend the life of the batching plant. It can reduce the burden of the machine to a minimum.
1. Start a concrete mixer at a low speed at first, then transfer to the rated speed when the temperature of the machine rises, then gradually add load.
2. Pay close attention to the instrument indication value when the concrete mixer operating to ensure the value within the specified. Generally speaking, oil pressure is o.15--o.4MPa, oil temperature 70--90 (the inlet temperature is 55 - 65 degree, water temperature of 75 – 85 degree.
3. Observe the exhaust color which should not smoke at normal combustion.
4. Listen to the sound of the operating engine of concrete batching plant which should be stable speed without sound in normal operation.
5. Concrete mixer shouldn’t be operated at low speed for long time, so as to avoid the combustion deposit in the chamber.
6. Make sure the batching plant working within the limit load. Concrete mixer continuously operating at rated power should not exceed 12h/d.
