Our horizontal twin shaft mixers cover the full range of models: JS500/750/1000/1500/2000/3000/4000, with discharge capacities ranging from 0.5 to 4 m³ and theoretical hourly outputs from 25 to 180 m³. They can be matched with various mixing plants from HZS25 to HZS180, perfectly adapting to the needs of different export projects, including small mobile plants and large stationary commercial concrete plants. The dual-shaft synchronous counter-rotation creates forced convection mixing, coupled with an optimized blade layout, completing one mixing cycle in 45-60 seconds. Material homogeneity is ≥95%, achieving ideal mixing results for ordinary ready-mixed concrete, high-strength concrete, and dry-hardened, lightweight aggregate concrete, meeting diverse overseas construction standards.
For the export market, we adhere to globally unified quality control. The mixing blades and liners of JS series twin shaft concrete mixer are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, capable of withstanding over 50,000 mixing cycles, significantly extending the replacement cycle of vulnerable parts and reducing maintenance costs for overseas customers. The shaft end employs a multi-seal + electric lubrication system to completely eliminate grout leakage, adapting to complex overseas environments such as high temperature, extreme cold, and high humidity. The modular design of the entire machine is compact, easy to assemble and disassemble, and fully complies with ocean container shipping standards, effectively reducing logistics costs. The electrical system uses internationally renowned brand components, supports voltage customization for various countries, features PC+PLC intelligent control with automatic/manual switching, and data storage and printing functions for convenient production management for overseas customers.
